RGJJ Academy Shakopee offers martial arts and fitness classes Monday through Saturday. We have morning and evening options to fit your schedule. All new students begin with a free trial class by appointmentcontact us to book yours.

Class Descriptions

RGJJ 360 Level 1 — Foundational jiu-jitsu for beginners. Escapes, takedowns, positional control. Ages 13+.

RGJJ 360 Level 2 — Advanced techniques, submissions, and live sparring for experienced students.

Jr Warriors — Kids jiu-jitsu for ages 5-12. Fun, structured, confidence-building.

Kickboxing — Striking, footwork, and conditioning with Underground Fitness coaches.

UFit — Beginner-friendly group fitness. Strength, mobility, and sustainable movement.

Fight Fit — High-intensity 40-minute conditioning class.

Fam Fit — 30-minute parent & child fitness class.

Review & Roll — Saturday open mat for technique review and rolling (sparring).

Sparring — Supervised live training for students with foundational experience.

Tips for New Students

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class
  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing (no zippers or metal)
  • Bring water and a towel
  • No shoes on the mat — flip-flops or sandals are fine for the lobby
  • No previous experience necessary for any beginner class
  • Trial classes are by appointment only — contact us first
